over?

for us, summer is over. its july 26 and summer is over. boys started school today. it was a short 3 week summer break for them. we havent even got to do much as summer is allens busy time and its hard for him to get away.

miles has a great teacher, gage had her when he was in 2nd grade, Mrs. Pettit is super nice, silly, very patient. miles is excited to have her.

gage on the other had, has the the dreaded teacher of the school. the teacher EVERYONE talks about, shes so mean, shes scary, she yells at kids for no reason. Mrs. Spencer doesnt have the best reputation with the kids at this school, and gage doesnt even know her but doesnt like her bacuse of what others have told him. so allen and i asked gage to keep on open mind, and decide for himself how this school year is gonna go. so today he was more excited to go and just get this school year started.

she got to sleep in. yes, i got the 'no fair' from the boys but kindergarten starts a week later that everyone else. jorja got a super fun teacher this year too. Mrs Tenney was Miles' teacher, he loved her, shes a little cooky, crazy fun lady. she kinda makes me laugh when i watch her. life is sure gonna be different for me when she starts. i have had a child home with me for 9 and a half years... what am i gonna do now?
