innocence

today in testimony meeting, gage asked me, 'mom, can we go home and make something up so i can bear my testimony next week?' i kinda chuckled under my breath, then simply said, 'we'll talk about it when we get home.'
but as the next speaker stood up he said 'who do we bear our testimonies for.. ourselves or others..." i said gage, listen.. as the man took a few moments to gather his thoughts, gage leans over to me and says 'i dont think he's really prepared.'
gages mind is always thinking, i am thankful for his thoughts, and for his questions, and his innocence.
